Abstrakt: Presents a study which used the technique of laser-assisted molecular-beam deposition (LAMBD) to fabricate a molecular film by reaction in a molecular beam. Comparison of the surface and structural properties of the LAMBD films with that of a vacuum-evaporated film; Advantages of LAMBD; Characterization of copper iodide films that were grown by the LAMBD technique using metallic copper and iodine vapor.
