Abstrakt: Presents a study that investigated the field variation of the radio frequency penetration depth and its effect on kinetic inductance in Bi[sub2]Sr[sub2]CaCu[sub2]O[subx] microstrip transmission lines. Description of the composite superconducting and normal conducting microstrip transmission line resonator; Characterization of the film resonator; Results of a typical power reflection measurement at low temperature.
