Presents a study that synthesized a series of samarium-titanium-iron (Sm-Ti-Fe) and neodynium-titanium-iron (Nd-Ti-Fe) film samples by radio frequency diode sputtering for iron-rich compositions. Motive for applying magnetic fields in the film plane; Soft magnetic phase observed for both iron-rich Sm-Ti-Fe and Nd-Ti-Fe systems; Indication of the phases observed in the sputtered films. |
