Abstrakt: Investigates the optical and structural properties of protonated lithium niobate waveguides. Factors used at each stage of annealing to study the guiding characteristics; Relationship between refractive index and hydrogen concentration; Information on the characteristic intervals in the temperature behavior of the waveguide parameters; Analysis of the results connecting the optical parameters of the waveguide structures with the phase relations in the protonated layers.
