Abstrakt: | The article reports on research conducted to investigate the reliability and validity of two volleyball-specific jumping tests, the block jump (BJ) test and the attack jump (AJ) test, relative to the countermovement jump test and the squat jump test. Researchers found that the tests were reliable and valid and that they could be used to measure game position specific differences in jumping. |
