Presents a study which reported the results of current versus voltage measurements on gallium arsenide doping superlattices with current flow parallel to the superlattice symmetry. Measured current-voltage characteristics for different devices made from different superlattices; Indication of the experimentally observed currents; Way to control the current perpendicular to the superlattice layers. |
