Abstrakt: Presents information on a study which described changes in the short wavelength quantum efficiencies (SWQE) in solar cell structures and its direct relation to the light-induced defects in bulk intrinsic hydrogenated amorphous silicon. Current losses in solar cell structures; Measurement of quantum efficiencies of carrier collection; Roles played by W[subb] and bulk light-induced defects in determining the SWQE.
