Abstrakt: The article describes the case of a 13-year-old girl complaining of non-eruption of upper front permanent tooth. The child was diagnosed with mesiodentes. Both mesiodentes were extracted due to the impact and axial rotation of the permanent central incisors which was caused by the impacted supernumerary teeth. Mesiodens is considered one of the most common types of supernumerary tooth in the premaxilla between two central incisors. Supernumerary teeth are a disorder of odontogenesis.
