The article focuses on several challenges that confront any church particularly in terms of its structure. It cites the problem on keeping the same organizational structure among churches while the number of members decreases. It also cites the survey undertaken on bishops and other leaders of the United Methodist church, which indicate that more than half of the church leaders are ineffective in terms of leadership and accountability. |
