Presents a study which obtained high resolution images of domains written on cobalt/platinum magneto-optical disks using scanning magnetic force microscopy. Key advantage of the technique compared to electron microscopy techniques; Influence of the multilayer composition and preparation conditions as well as the effect of the pregrooves and the incorporation of a platinum underlayer, on the structure domains of the disk; Conclusions. |
