Focuses on a study which analyzed the effect of electric fields on time-resolved photoluminescence (TRPL) in semiconductors following excitation by a short laser pulse. Description of the semiconductor structure used in the calculations; Illustration of normalized photoluminescence decay curves calculated for three different initial injection levels; Discussion on the behavior of TRPL spectra in the presence of electric fields. |
