Abstrakt: Presents a study that investigated the magnetic properties of molecular-beam-epitaxy iron films grown on gallium arsenide substrates. Use of a superconducting quantum interference device magnetometer; Information on the magnetic training effect of cycling through the hysteresis loops at fixed temperatures; Measurement of a shifted hysteresis loop for a thick film after cooling.
