Presents a study which investigated the excited levels of isolated nearest-neighbor Mn-Mn pairs of Zn[sub1-x]Mn[subx]S, Zn[sub1-x]Mn[subx]Se and Zn[sub1-x]Mn[subx]Te by inelastic neutron scattering. Variation of pair scattering; Method used to confirm the magnetic origin of the observed inelastic maxima; Determination of the values of the excitation energies. |
