Abstrakt: Studies the distribution of the debris formed by the xenon chloride (XeCl) laser ablation of polyimide and polyethylene terephthalate and the krypton chloride laser ablation of polyimide. Role of gravity in debris deposition; Determination of the major trajectories of the material making up the debris pattern; Description of the cut and debris pattern made in polyimide by passing a XeCl laser beam.
