| Abstrakt: |
The article provides information related to inhibition of cathepsin in cancer therapy. It is mentioned that cathepsin B expressed in pancreatic cancer cells and acts in both intracellular and extra cellular environment. Cathepsin B degrades collagens and enhances tumor cell migration. It is discussed that inhibition of cathepsin in tumor cells in the improvement of prognosis of pancreatic cancer. |
