The article provides information from interviews with eight dramatists on what play, musical or theatrical event excited them most in the Broadway Theatre 2011-2012 season. Anna Ziegler said that Daniel Kitson achieved real grace in his play "It's Always Right Now, Until It's Later." Lee Chamberlin thinks "Killing Floor" in New York's Phoenix Repertory, a room in a coffee house was theatre magic. Adam Szymkowicz said Rob Askin's "Hand to God" was hilarious but also thoughtful and theatrical. |
