Abstrakt: Characteristics of clinical supervision (neo‐progressive) offer possibilities that can be incorporated into the supervision process to enhance teaching/learning through the improvement of instruction within the classroom. This focus on the instructional activities within the classroom will have a greater effect than any curricular reform because it focuses upon the most critical of all classroom events, the instructional process.
