Abstrakt: Dr Mark Horton, junior research fellow at St. Hugh's College, Oxford, and his wife, Kate Clark, a research fellow at the Institute of Industrial Archaeology at Ironbridge, have prepared a detailed report on their archaeological survey of Zanzibar and Pemba islands in 1984. They intended to follow up this year. Meanwhile, this note draws attention to some of the more important findings so far. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
