The present study analyzed the effects of three feedback procedures on the teaching skills of paraprofessionals in a mental retardation facility. Procedures compared were supervisor feedback, videotape feedback, and a combination of supervisor and videotape feedback. Findings indicated that a combination of supervisor and videotape feedback resulted in thc greatest and most rapid improvement in work performance, though surprisingly, videotape feedback improved performance comparable to Baseline.
