| Abstrakt: | A simple statistical model is used to estimate the 50-year return value of significant wave heights at El-Dabaa. This value is required for immediate application. The estimated value was about 7 m. The results obtained through application of this model are helpful for engineers who are interested in the design and construction of offshore installations.
