Abstrakt: The article presents a study on the correlation of Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus-associated multicentric Castleman disease (KSHV-MCD) with clinical, inflammatory, and virologic parameters. The study used Spearman correlations or exact Wilcoxon rank sum in exploring associations with 18FDG-PET/CT maximal standardized uptake value. The 18FDG-PET/CT showed widespread nodal and splenic abnormalities during disease activity, improving with remission.
