| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the revisions to regulations on the certification of speech teachers which were approved at the 1958 Speech Association of America (SAA) Convention in Chicago, Illinois. It cites the effectivity of the regulations. The effects of the revisions on future teachers of speech are discussed. The article offers suggestions to improve the instructional climate and make it conducive to speech. |
