Effects of Test Format on Listener Response.

Abstrakt: The article discusses the results of a study which determined the effects of a test format on listener response by a team from the Ohio State University. The subjects of the study received no auditory stimuli, were given five test forms including the two-alternative test, the multiple choice test and a seven-point rating scale. Experimental details, test forms, and results for all the seven tests from the two alternative tests to the seven -alternative items and bibliography are included.
