| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a case study of a 45-year old woman, who was admitted to hospital because of constant abnormal vaginal bleeding. Gynaecological examination showed diffuse enlargement of the cervix, which got replaced by an exophytic ulcerated, reddish lesion, while pelvic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) revealed diffuse enlargement of cervix, replaced by a mass. Evaluation confirmed initial diagnosis of primary cervical adenocarcinoma. |
