Abstrakt: The article presents information on the adoption of Right to Farm Act (RTFA) by Michigan in order to protect farmers from the threat of extinction caused by nuisance suits. It discusses the judicial interpretations of the RTFA and the change in the nature of Michigan agriculture to urban agriculture. It also analyzes the recent amendments to RTFA for the application of local zoning.
