The article discusses the utilization of innovative logistics by non-profit organization Riders for Health in Gambia. Riders is said to have integrated innovative logistics systems with motorcycle and vehicle fleets to deliver health products and services in rural areas. Key logistics elements, namely, the coordination of materials, information and financial flows have been incorporated to enhance the healthcare delivery supply chain. Riders' Transport Asset Management (TAM) program is tackled. |
