The article explores how supply chain leaders can promote competitive advantage through supply-leveraged organizational transformation (SLOT). It looks at the keys to supply management success and the effects of strategic imperatives on supply management strategy and the firms' strategic choices. It also discusses the supply management's role in affecting successful supply chain transformation and strategic change, and contrasts SLOT to traditional transformation approaches. |
