Abstrakt: The article presents a case study of a four-month-old girl presented to the local hospital when her upper extremity had turned blue from her midforearm to her fingertips. She was diagnosed with incomplete Kawasaki disease based on her history of prolonged fever, rash, and erythematous lips. She was treated with intravenous immunoglobulin with three-day course of pulse methylprednisolone as rescue therapy. It also discusses the incomplete Kawasaki disease.
