The article discusses how to take care of the instruments for eye health. It states that the staff at the ophthalmic operating theatre need to be competent in storing, caring, and handling the instruments. It says that competence can be ensured through providing in-service training and courses in which the instruments are included. It suggests the importance of developing a work environment which supports the staff in providing high-quality care and in taking good care of the instruments. |
