Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the strategies implemented by Spalding University Associate Professor Diane Tobin to recruit and retain adult learners. Tobin talked to each department chair and asked what they knew about the adult accelerated program. She found out whether service units were adult-friendly by talking to unit members. She also looked at the relationships of the institution with the external community, and created an advisory council.
