Abstrakt: | The article offers information on scholarship in different languages, except English. It states that in the book "Aesthetic Transgressions: Modernity, Liberalism, and the Function of Literature," by Thomas Claviez, finds the middle ground between Kantian aesthetics of disinterestedness and a contemporary politicization of all aesthetic efforts. It mentions that the book "Everything Is Illuminated," by Safran Foer, focuses on transgressive aesthetic of Holocaust comedy. |
