Abstrakt:	The article discusses the U.S. Congressional Research Service (CSR) report for Congress, titled "Iran Sanctions," with focus on U.S. sanctions aimed at supporting democratic change in Iran or changing Iran's foreign policy. The U.S. has focused on expanding Internet freedom in Iran or preventing the Iranian government from using the Internet to pinpoint opponents. It has also amended the Iran Transactions Regulations that execute the U.S.-Iran trade ban.
