The article offers the author's insights regarding recreational therapy (RT) and its importance to life care planning. He mentions that recreation therapy has positive effects including stress reduction, increases physical health and improves self-esteem. He mentions that RT is considered as part of the overall therapy program of the patient and its costs vary for individual and group sessions. |
