The article presents results from the National Study of Faculty Leadership (NSFL), conducted by the Center for Higher Education of Ohio University. The study reveals that majority of senate leaders from doctoral and master's institutions pointed the right amount of funds apportioned to employee benefits, student activities, and financial aid/scholarships. It shows that about half of the senate leaders think that too much money is being apportioned to administrative salaries. |
