Abstrakt: The increased efficiency of embryogenic callus formation and regeneration of plantlets was the result of using immature induced polyembryos of wheat rather than single embryos as primary explants. Plant regeneration was effected via embryogenesis, organogenesis, and a combined process beginning as embryogenesis and proceeding as organogenesis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
