Abstrakt: | The article reports on research which was conducted to assess the effects training and tapering at the same time of the day had on the diurnal variations of short exercise performances. Researchers evaluated 31 physically active men who underwent 12 weeks of lower-extremity resistance training and two weeks of tapering. They found that there was no significant difference in the relative increase between the morning training group and the evening training group after both training and tapering. |
