Abstrakt: In rabbit kidneys fixed by immersion into formol the Gomori-Barka's histochemical method for acid phosphatase was practically negative, while in perfusion fixed material a strong positive reaction was obtained. A similar observation was made in connection with the β-glucuronidase activity of the mouse kidney. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
