The 1 μm thick films of TlSbS were obtained by thermal evaporation in vacuum. It has been shown that, depending on the conditions of preparation and annealing, amorphous or polycrystalline and grain-oriented layers of TlSbS can be obtained. The electro-physical parameters of the films (electrical conductivity, thermoelectromotive force, and width of the forbidden band) and their changes in the transition from amorphous to crystalline were studied.
