| Abstrakt: | The article examines the work of the Provence, Côte d'Azur, France-based American ceramic artist Wayne Fischer. Particular focus is given the voluptuous sculptures he creates out of porcelain, which are reminiscent of the human body. Various aspects of his artistic technique are also discussed including insights on his use of molds, his firing process and his joining techniques. |
