Abstrakt: |
A method is described for preparing CuP powder by low-temperature reaction sintering from a mixture of the elements. According to thermal analysis data the phosphide forms at ∼470° K; particles of it assume the shape and size of the original copper powder. It is established that formability depends on the hardness and plasticity of particles rather than powder shaper and bulk density. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
