Abstrakt: Using the method of simplex-grid experiment planning, we have studied the properties of a multicomponent finely dispersed fraction of specimens of corundum concrete over a wide range of composition. The optimal ratios between the components of the finely dispersed fraction of the mixture of corundum concretes have been established. It is shown that the concentration of high-alumina VGTs-70 cement lies between 13.6-14.4%; GK alumina, 12.56-13.2%; binding additive 1.64-2.6%; 1% of a high-refractory oxide additive in a finely dispersed fraction of corundum concrete ensures that high indices are obtained for the main service properties of unfired specimens: ultimate compressive strength 11-14 MPa; thermal-shock resistance 14-15 water-heat cycles from 1300°C; and changes of +0.4 to +0.5% in the linear dimensions after heating to 1750°C.
