The Veliko-Anadol chamotte plant has started producing high-density kaolin ladle brick from batches containing Cherkassy bentonite which increase the density and strength of the brick while the profitability of the process is 19.2% higher. The saving achieved from the adoption of this technology amounts to 215,200 rubles p. a. It was established that bentonite from the local Grigorev deposits can be used in the kaolin batch.
