Abstrakt: According toH andC NMR data, 2,6-dimethyl-3,5-dichloro-4-vinyloxy-pyridine and 2-methyl-4-methoxymethyl-5-hydroxymethyl-3-vinyloxypyridine exist predominantly as the sterically hindered s-cis conformation, with the angle between the hetaryl ring and the vinyloxypyridine plane about 60°.
