The article deals with the negative aspect of pornography (porn), with emphasis on international porn star Sunny Leone of Indian decent, who is being acknowledged for the so-called pornification of India. It cites the disadvantages of easy access to porn on the Internet, one of which is that it threatens to overwhelm conventional notions of morality. The success of Leone is said to be an indication of the greater acceptability of porn in daily life. It looks at the scope of porn in the country. |
