4-Aminothiazolin-2-one-hydrazones 3 are obtained by succesive treatment of the title compound 1 with dimethyl sulfate and hydrazinehydrate. The rearrangement of 4-aminothiazolin-2-ylidenmalononitrile 7 derived from 1 yields the 2,4-diamino-thiophene derivatives 8. Analogously, the 4-aminothiazolin-2-yliden-cyanamides 10 react to form the substituted 2,4-diaminothiazoles 11. Succesive reaction of the ethyl (4-amino-2-thioxo-thiazolinyl-3)-acetates 12 with dimethyl sulfate and malononitrile yields the 3,6-diamino-pyrrolo[2,1-b]-thiazoles 14. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
