The author discusses needs for graduates in the programs of agricultural sciences such as agriculture, animal sciences and horticulture. He equated the agriculture with farm management. He further investigated several other reasons behind the shortage of college students in these fields such as there is no stronger sector for recruiting, presence of better and new areas of opportunity.
