The article features business property owners David Genovese and Penny Glassmeyer, two of the major forces behind the transformation of the town of Darien in Connecticut in 2011. It says that Glassmeyer started acquiring four properties that make up the core of the development of the brickwalk Grove Street Plaza almost 20 years ago. According to the author, the Darien-bred Genovese left a job in finance and moved back to town to buy and renovate local properties. |
