The author reflects on the management of human resources as well as the implementation of educational programs in Slovak Republic. She stresses that every economy relies on the quality of the human resources and the application of these resources and investing in their quality are primary factors of its development. She adds that the system of education of adults needs to formulate self-initiative, creativity, and team work. |
