The current publishing is the four regular issue of the IEEE Latin America Transactions of the year 2011. Regular issues are published in March, June, September and December. Each paper goes under a pear review, of a least 3 program committee reviewer (that can accept, reject or ask modification) , followed by an advocate positioning. After that, the Editor-in-Chief select the papers to publish respecting the date of submission, i.e., the pid submission number.
