The article examine if mistreated and aging horses qualify for an agricultural classification under the Florida Greenbelt Law. Topics include the stated intent of horse use at horse rescue ranches, the definition of an agricultural use by the Florida Supreme Court, and the increase in the release of domesticated horses into the wild due to the economic instability of their owners. |
